Fort Worth Youth Orchestra mourns the loss of Honorary Board Member Ann Koonsman. Ann was invited as an honorary board member in 2004 by Willa Dunleavy, who was serving as president of the board at the time. "In addition to her time as an incredible leader of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, Ann was an integral member of the FWYO's honorary board and called our Orchestra Hall home for much of her career" said Andrew Reynolds, Executive Director. "Her commitment to advancing orchestral music in Fort Worth and widening its audience through tenacity was felt by many members of the FWYO and we will miss her enthusiasm."
